Harrogate secured a 3-2 victory against Tranmere in a thrilling match at Wetherby Road, adding to Tranmere's concerns about being relegated.

Harrogate's goalkeeper, James Belshaw, played a crucial role in the match by making two important saves early on, while Tom Cursons missed a great opportunity to score from close range.

The home team managed to score first in the 33rd minute through Ellis Taylor's finish from a cross by Josh March.

In the second half, Harrogate continued their strong performance and extended their lead with Cursons heading in a cross from Taylor in the 58th minute.

Tranmere quickly responded with Regan Hendry scoring a beautiful goal from a short free-kick just three minutes later.

Despite Rovers' efforts to equalize, Ben Fox scored an impressive long-range goal for Harrogate in the 75th minute.

Tranmere didn't give up and reduced the gap to one goal again with Omari Patrick's well-placed shot.
